Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days for all in-stock items. Any made-to-order items will be clearly marked with production time in the item description. Please feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions or need your order by a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All Eclectic Gemini orders ship from Little Rock, Arkansas! 

Eclectic Gemini jewelry are made from lightweight polymer clay, and resin, assembled with hypoallergenic nickel free backings, and beautiful brass inclusions on occasion! The materials used to make each piece can be found in the listing description of each individual item. 

I want your jewels to last a lifetime! Here's what I recommend:

While polymer clay is strong and flexible, you should avoid dropping or bending your jewelry. Other components like beads are more fragile, and may break if dropped.

Polymer clay can be scratched by other hard materials, so we recommend storing it away from other sharp or metal items in a dry, safe place.

Raw brass inclusions may tarnish over time. These pieces can be cleaned with natural materials such as vinegar or salt mixed with lemon juice. Polish your item with a gentle cloth.

Other stains or makeup on polymer clay can be cleaned gently with a damp, soft cloth or q-tip.

Each order will come with a Jewelry Care Card with more recommendations on how to care for your jewels!

Treat your jewels with care, and they will last a lifetime! 

We stand by everything we create, and want you to be over the moon with your new jewels! Any concerns with an order will be handled on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we are happy to assist in resolving the issue. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if necessary.

All of Eclectic Gemini's jewels are thoughtfully and carefully made by hand. Due to the handmade nature of these items, some small imperfections and inconsistencies may arise. We believe this is part of the beauty in purchasing handmade. Any bubbles or small imperfections do not affect the integrity, durability, or beauty of the finished piece.

Sale, custom, and made-to-order items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

We are able to complete a limited number of custom orders per month.
